Welcome to Mossy Creek Campground

Each summer, the historic Mossy Creek Campground in Cleveland, Georgia comes alive with the spirit of worship and community during the Mossy Creek Camp Meeting. Co-hosted by Mossy Creek United Methodist Church and Trinity, this weeklong spiritual gathering has been a beloved tradition since 1831—and continues to grow in joy and impact today.

Located on GA Hwy 254 in White County, the Camp Meeting runs

July 20-27, 2025, offering a full week of powerful preaching, uplifting music, and meaningful connection.

Twice-daily worship services—held at 11:00 A.M. and 8:00 P.M. in the open-air main pavilion—are led by special guest pastors and talented musicians who bring the Word to life in fresh and engaging ways.

But it’s more than just worship.

Throughout the week, there are activities for all ages, including:

• Children’s programs and Bible lessons
   
• Family picnics under the trees
   
• Homemade ice cream contests
   
• Water play and bounce houses for the kids
   
• Old-fashioned fellowship and community meals
